Lemon Foot scrub




A good recipe to give a family member or close friend as a gift is this Foot Scrub recipe packaged dried. Double or triple this recipe then package it in a decorative jar, tin or zip lock plastic bag and put inside a cardboard or wooden box. 1 treatment

Ingredients:
1/4 cup ground oatmeal
1 Tablespoon sea or table salt
2 or 3 Drops Essential oils of lemon or peppermint
Spring or tap water

Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients with enough water to form a gritty
creamy paste. Add a few drops of essential oil and stir again.

To use:
Sit on the edge of the bathtub and massage feet with the scrub.
Really scrubbing the rough areas and in between the toes. Then rinse and dry. Follow with a moisturizing cream mixed with a few drops of either essential oils. Be sure to clean tub afterwards for the scrub will clog the drain up. Leaves feet feeling soft, smooth, tingly and refreshed.

To Store:
You can store a large dry batch of scrub in a jar, tin, or ziplock
bag by the tub for further uses.

NOTE: Good for rough dry calloused feet. Use daily or as needed.
